- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers - Prepare and mix a variety of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain knowledge of current drink specials and promotions - Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a positive manner - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash register operations - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note:
