Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Process returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Upsell products and promote special offers - Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos - Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially Spanish - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Knowledge of jewelry sales is a bonus - Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
